Graduated from the University of Bergamo with the Degree in Economics and Commerce Dr. Paolo Mandarino is inscribed to the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti and Register of Italian Accountant Auditors (Revisore Contabile). He is publicist of the financial newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore” and correspondent of the tax magazine “Guida Normativa” at the Regional Tributary Commission of Milan. Frequent speaker at international tax conferences, He holds Assistant Professorship in Economics and International Transactions Methodology at his Alma Mater . Member of the "International Tax Law" in Milan, Dr. Paolo Mandarino has gained a vast professional experience as tax consultant both at national and international levels, working at primary legal & tax firms in Milan, Rome, Paris and Lugano. His competence in opinion-giving concerning Mergers and Acquisitions and extraordinary corporate operations, as well as tax due diligence activities have been highly appreciated by big multinationals such as Honeywell, Electrolux, Schering Plough, Volvo, Forship, UOP and Alfa Laval. As know-how taxation expert, Dr. Paolo Mandarino has dealt with tax and corporate aspects of knowledge and intellectual properties transfer of the companies, registered on the Stock Exchange. He is also specialized in international VAT implications. His new book entitled "La fiscalità delle fusioni e scissioni nel Tuir. Interpretazioni tributarie e indirizzi di tax planning" is published by Il Sole 24 Ore (May, 2007).
